Service
Solution architecture and technology planning
Technology decisions with an architect on your side of the table, not the vendor's.
The problem
Leadership has to choose between renewing servers or going to the cloud, between two ERP proposals, between renewing Oracle licensing or changing editions. Every vendor presents its solution as the only one. Without an independent party who understands the whole platform, the decision comes down to price or personal trust, and the real cost shows up two years later.
How we work
- 1
Platform diagnosis
Inventory of systems, integrations, infrastructure, contracts and licenses. Map of technical and business risks.
- 2
Architecture design
Target architecture (TOGAF as reference) with alternatives evaluated on total cost, risk and internal team capacity.
- 3
Roadmap
Phased plan with dependencies, estimated budget and quick wins. What gets done this year, next year, and what is discarded.
- 4
Advisory
Vendor proposal evaluation, technical contract review and participation in steering committees when you need it.
Frequently asked questions
Do you sell hardware or licenses?
No. We are not a reseller for any vendor, which is what lets us recommend without a conflict of interest.
Can you review a proposal we already received?
Yes. A technical proposal review takes a few days and usually surfaces missing scope, hidden costs or oversizing.
Do you work with companies that do not use Oracle?
Yes. Architecture and planning apply to any platform; the Oracle specialization is a plus when you have it.
